As we begin a new year, many congregations and ministries are thinking ahead — planning programs, identifying needs, and imagining new ways to serve their communities. The Oklahoma Disciples Foundation Grants Program exists to help those ideas take shape. Since 2017, ODF grants have supported ministries across Oklahoma in areas such as youth and children’s programs, senior care, mission outreach, pastoral support, and community partnerships.

As you look toward our 2026 grants cycle, this is the perfect moment to ask: What might be possible for your ministry this year?

ODF grants have helped congregations launch new initiatives, expand existing programs, and respond to emerging needs. Whether it’s a new outreach effort, an intergenerational ministry, a wellness program for seniors, an innovative youth leadership project, or a mission‑focused partnership, even a modest grant can make a meaningful difference.

The endowments behind our grants program show the wide range of ministries that can be supported — from children and youth to seniors, from local service to global mission, from congregational vitality to pastoral care. Their stories remind us that faithful ideas come in many forms, and each one has the potential to transform lives.

As you plan for the year ahead, consider gathering a small group in your congregation to explore possibilities. What needs do you see around you? What gifts and passions already exist in your community? What would you do if you had a little extra support?

The ODF Grants Program is here to help ministries flourish. As we prepare for the 2026 cycle, we encourage you to think boldly about what’s possible. Your idea may be the next story of transformation we celebrate.
